Portland has 6 I could think of.

Seattle, Yakima, Tri Cities, Bend, Eugene and Medford/Rogue Valley. Aside from Seattle, all the smaller metros are right around 300k each. If you count taking a boat were within 200 miles of Victoria BC too.
