Hamilton has improved a lot from when I lived there back in 2000. James St. North has so many new/newer businesses. Back then it seemed like it was the Portuguese community alone holding that street together.
Definitely exciting times with multiple condo/apt projects going on at once. The city will be more vibrant in the next few years.
