Whenever there's a change, including height or number of units, an amendment to the PD has to be filed, unless administrative relief can be given.
This is within the lakefront protection so an amendment would have to be filed.
The original heights for Grant Park Tower III & IV were 790' and 900' respectively.
Also,
the address for this is wrong as this is on the west side of Indiana Avenue and the numbers would be even.
