The first block is under construction/renovation currently, which will be mainly restaurants and lounges, including B.B. King's Blues Club. The riverwalk concept is separate from the work being done currently on Farish Street, but it would tie in to the back of the buildings on the west side of the street. A construction date has not yet been set for the riverwalk project.
