Any Times Square casino is going to be in an existing building. Even Vornado’s Herald Square proposal woukd be in an existing building. We need a new casino to open in a space specifically designed for such use, with enough room to do it. The one thing against Related is the time to get it up and running. But they could open something temporarily in the Neiman Marcus space if that’s still available.
