Which corner is it again? Is it the one with the defunct foundations already in place?
The basement bar/venue sounds cool - maybe they could somehow get the landlord to rehabilitate the facade of The Hub building back to it's original more historic facade..
I also wish something could be put back in where the basement lounge Monroe's used to be. That place was unique.
