Construction Permit Approved For Tower 2 At One Brickell

Miami’s Building Department has approved a construction permit for Tower 2 at One Brickell.
Approval of the permit took around 23 months.
The permit was first applied for in early December 2020, with the full plans submitted for review that same month.
The tower will have 506 multi-family rental units, the permit states.
John Moriarty is listed as the contractor.
There is also a separate site work (excavation/piles/site and soil improvement) permit pending for the same address (77 Southeast 5th Street), which appears to be moving closer to approval within the past few weeks.
In addition, another construction permit is pending for the Baccarat Condo Tower at 99 Southeast 5th Street, with 352 condo units.
