Site & Soil Permit Filed At Baccarat Hotel & Residences Site

A construction permit application was submitted today for work at the Baccarat Hotel & Residences site in Brickell (also known as One Brickell).
The new permit filing this morning is for site and soil improvements, with an estimated construction cost of $1.5 million.
John Moriarty and Associates is listed as the contractor, while Related Group is listed as the owner.
There are multiple other permits for the site already being processed by Miami’s Building Department.
One construction permit is for a 506-unit, 47-story multi-family tower. There was also a request for a phased foundation permit for that tower, but that was denied on July 26.
Separately, there is another construction permit in review for a 352-unit, 73-story tower.
