With that, 3021 Pembina, Arc Phase 2, and I think one more 10 storey building on Pembina/Kirkbridge the stretch of Pembina from the Perimeter to Bison is quickly densifying. As a former alumnus in Fort Richmond even seeing the changes from 3 years ago when I graduated from there has been massive.
