Fantastic thread! Buffalo is like a classic house. Though it may be rough around the edges it has good bones and seems future proofed through quality engineering... I also read Buffalo is going to be one of the "hot" new cities because of climate change. Aka it's a traditionally cold city that won't warm up nearly as much as say NYC or Boston...

Plus it is close to the GTA so sooner or later there's bound to be some spill over, right?
