Fresh and fast pick-ups could be coming to San Antonio's Far Northside. Salad and Go, an Arizona-based company is working on a project in the Stone Oak area, according to state filings.
Salad and Go operates on a drive-thru only model, selling nine types of salads with house-made salad dressings. Filings submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show the privately owned company is working on a new build at 22143 Bulverde Road. Details filed through TDLR are subject to change, but the current plan is for a $300,00 project with a construction timeline of November to March.

Salad and Go's plans come on the heels of another national salad business coming to Stone Oak. Chicken Salad Chick, a southern-style restaurant, is opening the Alamo City's first installment in the Stone Oak area by the end of 2022.
