San Man: I disagree this location is in the Gaslamp. Downtown SD blocks are super short so people staying at that Ritz Carlton are a super short walk to the section of Gaslamp with the most amenities. Convention Center and Ballpark are also a very quick walk. If the office project at Horton Plaza becomes a hub it is fairly close to that. The RADD LABS area will probably be a quick Uber ride away.
Cisterra is supposed to have financing so who knows why we aren't seeing shovels in the ground
