But the owners of a shuttered gas station, located at 300 West 122nd Street, seem to have had trouble cashing in on their property. In fact, they are so eager to sell the station to a willing developer that they have go to the trouble to prep the site for construction, according to Curbed.
Harlem Bespoke has received plans for either a 127-unit condo or a 184-unit rental building, with over 200,000 square feet of residential space and a decent percentage of affordable units. They’ve even procured permits and contracted a designer, so basically all they need is an investor.
