Actually, I think Flickr makes it quite easy. They actually have a feature that copies the information in BBCode for you.
When viewing the photo in Flickr, click the share button and select the option for "BBCode" - there is a drop down to select size of photo.
Copy and paste the code into you box here, and presto!
