Interesting - IIRC in an article talking about how we landed TSMC and the impacts of doing so - among the 140 Taiwanese companies looking at PHX/AZ for expansion were non-semiconductor businesses - notably biotech companies. Will be interesting to see just how quickly they move and who shows up. This is a massive win for the region if it takes off like they envision it.
