I said that this is probably being built on spec, but we know that JPMC is involved with the development here, as a result with their agreement with the MTA. Maybe they could be planning to take some space? They haven't applied all of the reported air rights purchased to 270 Park. Also, JPMC purchased a portion of the development site across the street (labeled site D), so I don't know what any of that means. I saw talk somewhere of 383 Madison potentially being sold. Who knows.
