the immediate area around wrigley is a complete transformation from 12 months ago; the Park at Wrigley is great, the hotel is great. Wrigley is now drawing families from the Southport cooridor on non game days; Saturdays at the park involves kids running through fountains, listening to live music, and enjoying being outside. It will be even better, with more food options at Hotel Zachary.
