well i’d rather this was all housing and affordable housing as it was supposed to be, but i guess they do need a soccer stadium to build up the fanbase these days.
obviously this land is ready to go but ideally it would be better in the bronx either on far eastern 149st waterfront or on the west side bronx waterfront by yankee stadium on the harlem river below jerome/macombs.
