In December, the jury awarded damages to most residents who sued over the proposed tower at 1717 Bissonnet St. In his latest ruling, Wilson wrote, "Damages and an injunction are mutually exclusive" because awarding both "would constitute a double recovery." However, he said not all damages should be awarded yet.
