Great link and on page 43 it says (All sides and areas of buildings that are visible to the public are treated with materials,
finishes and architectural details that are of high-quality and appropriate for use on the
primary street-facing façade.
The tower façade consists of insulated glazing units, painted aluminum mullions, and
decorative accent panels with metal or masonry components.) would have been nice but is anyone surprised now days?
