At least according to public records. EDIT: It appears there's a ground lease for 914-24 S. Broad St, with McDonalds as the tenant, expiring this April: http://epay.phila-records.com/philly...t=DOCC50203212

I think Atlas/public records may not be totally accurate franchised fast food restaurants. I personally know the owner of the land/building where another fast food restaurant in Philly is located, and when I look up the land on Atlas, they're not listed as the owner - the franchisee is. I don't have a clue why this is (or whether its a city problem, something that happens everywhere, or just an accident in a few places), but I suspect it has something to do with how franchises work.
