Well then that all makes sense then. A demolished low-rise turned 36-story tower (at 15th/Mt Vernon, nonetheless!) and a renovated/refurbished 640 Lofts (originally the Metropolitan building built in 1913) at Broad/Wallace, all the while, surrounding the Old Zion Lutheran Church built in 1766! Love it!
