I've never personally been inside the 640 Lofts apartments, but from what I've heard they're in
serious need of modernization. Like, Park Towne-level non-renew everyone's lease and renovate floor to ceiling. Could be a good opportunity for it if he has new construction happening on the lot at the same time.
