I don't think many in SSP share the same enthusiasm for Miami as I do NyGuy
, exception of a few. I've made several threads for projects that put to shame other developments in most cities. Miami is a underrated powerhouse. Its becoming a true skyscrapercity.
Most noticeably, Paraiso Bay mega project which will compromise 6 towers (All in the 400-600 ft range). Next, Miami World Trade Center which will comprise of a soccer stadium, along with a huge complex on the portside. We then have City Centre which included numerous towers and a supertall in phase 2. Lastly, the biggest of them all, World Center which is 30 acres of a brand new CBD essentially. All of these projects are happening at full steam, are approved, and are slowly becoming reality along with the numerous 600 ft+ towers going up all over Brickell, Edgewater, and in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Also, lets not forget Skyrise Miami.
