EVO, Richmond Heights, Under Construction
A new $50-million apartment community in the inner suburb of Richmond Heights that will include two, four-story wood-frame apartment buildings with 281 units and a four-story parking garage.

Planned for now includes a 187-unit building with small retail at Dale Avenue and Boland Place.
