25 North Central, Clayton, Under Construction
A mixed-used, luxury multifamily development with six stories, 120 units and 13,000 square feet of ground level retail space.



Vanguard Clayton, Clayton, Approved
Project being refined. Will include 229 units in five and seven story buildings on 2.5 acres at 8500 Maryland Avenue.

The project also has two floors for a 352-space parking garage. Retail space will encompass a portion of the ground floor.

yeah, this would all be "urban" inner city infill in nashville.
