It actually has quite a presence on Drexel's campus, despite being south of Market. Hopefully this project encourages high-rises on all of those parking lots along 38th.

I just posted the website for it. It definitely elevates the living in this part of the city. Probably the nicest rental we've seen there. I think we'll see more like this as U City hits and fills with labs and commercial tenants.
