I don't understand the pessimistic tone that some of us take on here. After all we already have a 553m tall structure that would easily dwarf a 400m tall skyscraper. I mean it was the tallest freestanding structure on the planet for 34 years. That kind of endurance will likely never be seen again. On top of that we have what is arguably one of the top 10 skylines in the world(top 3 in NA) if not then almost assuredly one of the top 20 and that doesn't even factor in all the buildings u/c and proposed. Overall our skyline is punching well above its weight considering our population in comparison to other major cities and nations around the world. My point being in all of this is that we shouldn't be looking at our skyline as if it were deficient in some way.
