The Biltmore is one of the only submarkets where office has been doing well for some reason, so it's pretty primed for another tower. I only wonder why Macerich has taken so long to act on the Biltmore property because they've had the core entitlements for like 16+ years now. I do know that they are especially loathe to develop the parking lots in front but that is obviously where the office should go.

I hadn't even realized they put the Lifetime there within the last few years.
