The peninsula mentioned previously that is to be turned into an island seems to be moving forward. A few weeks ago i saw a bunch of surveyors working that area and today while on a jog i noticed that it has been fenched off and staked out. Small pototoes in the grand scheme but itll be nice getting some fresh water through that stagnant area by the boathouses.

What i'd really love though would be a nice open lively cafe/bar to enjoy a beer on a saturday afternoon overlooking the river
