It's unfortunate that these hotels have to close. Only hotels like the Grand Hyatt and the Hotel Pennsylvania were planning to close for redevelopment before the pandemic. I'm sure a lot of developers are circling these prime hotel sites that are now closing. But it will be a while before they could do anything with them.
