Got this email about update one Linden..I though they are 100% sales are done?

We are excited to announce that The Linden Residences is about to break ground following demolition of the William Gammon Insurance building, a two-story building that was built in the 80's. The general contractor has also been selected...Bartlett Cocke, a Texas-based integrated building solutions company. In addition, the loan to move forward has closed and is being funded by Madison Realty Capital, a New York City-based real estate private equity firm, which also financed a 400-acre EastVillage mixed-use project for a combined $287.5 million.

With an estimated late Summer 2023 completion, the 28-story Linden will be the first new tower overlooking the Texas State Capitol. Downtown standing inventory is limited, so we are excited to share this pre–construction opportunity. Sales are approaching 40%, and we anticipate a surge in activity once construction begins.
