There just needs to be more units u/c. You know for all the large amounts of units that have risen or currently rising, say in the last 5 years, its still not enough. NY always underbuilds.
There has been some nice affordable housing momentum going on but as always, not enough of it.
Absolute crushing high demand and not enough fun to go around. This is where NJ is filling that void. Keep an eye on the units in Newark, Bayonne, and Jersey City; aiding that NYC demand.
Queens and Bronx are where a lot of units are rising, especially Queens.
