A four-unit townhome development was approved this week at the southwest corner of Main and Davis Avenue, near Michigan Stadium. This development will join the Davis Row Condominiums, currently u/c two lots to the west. Eventually, a new residence will fill in the space between both of these condo buildings. The work will require the demolition of a
turn-of the century residence at the corner of Main and Davis (904 S. Main). Maven Development and Rueter Associates Architects are behind the three projects.
