looks like another rendering from the Chinese sweat-shop mill...

they are always full of inaccuracies (look at the Hilton) and lack of detail in the building (what happens to that massive structure when it enters the base, or for that matter, the tower itself)

also find it hard to believe that the bottom floor section of the tower portion will remain that thin while concealing all the necessary plumbing and other mechanicals...
