It isn't ideal, but they're planning thousands of units of fairly high density, transit oriented housing near Fairfield Metro station. I agree they could do much better on this project, though.
You're never gonna get truly urban housing, however. This is like 50 miles from Manhattan, and in a largely vacant/warehouse area, with no real urban context. But hopefully subsequent projects are much better.
