^No, a piece of debris impacted the glass causing the exterior lite to break. People in the apartment and the valet for the building witnessed it. If this had happened on the west or north side, it would not have been news. This type of thing happens often in the city. There are glazing contractors whose whole business model is fixing this type of thing.
