So there's some oddities going on in the back (river side), and I'm wondering if anyone knows what's going on. It looks like there's an extra floor that wasn't in renderings before. It's being clad with (for now?) non-matching black, and meets the main building mass awkwardly. Some other flat/lighter color (and cheaper looking) metal cladding is showing up around it too that looks more like the accent color around the vertical window strip. It looks kind of cheap and out of place, like they ran out of their primary cladding material
All sorts of weirdness here where it meets up with the rest of the building. The windowless metal cladding was originally supposed to curve in here.
