if u read the artical it explanes whats going on they have a 90million dallor bond they gotta pay up in july... and in september they started a commity to find what options they had to pay it and this is what they have come up with auctiong them selfs off they're also locked into some weird contracts on loans thats not allowing them to grow and they can't pay dividens
