I didn't know about that one. I am all in favor. This building is ok too. I just don't like that 'REI' architecture leave it for Clybourn Corredor. Someday climbing gyms will fall out of trend and then we are stuck with what they built. It should instead be high unit density apartments, office or mixed use with retail on the ground floor and seperate entrances off the sidewalk for each business. To me that's the better build form.
And some legitemate affordable services like fast food and discount stores never hurts the urbanity of a city IMHO.
