Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture is designing the building, according to documents submitted to Miami’s Planning & Zoning Department.
Revuelta appears to be the architect of record.
The project will top off at 50 stories, the documents state. An earlier FAA filing put the tower height at 834 feet above ground.
WeWork has signed a lease to occupy 10 of the floors, county records show.
Eight zoning waivers are being requested under the Miami 21 zoning code, including a parking reduction to just 626 spaces.
Construction on the foundation is already underway, although planning approval hasn’t been granted yet.
