Ugliest building in Philadelphia gets tossed around a lot but considering this is brand new, I'd say it's the clear winner. The parking garage facing Citizens Bank view, the black glass and brown facade...the only hope here is that it gets covered by buildings on the Citizens Bank lots here like other Cordish projets in St. Louis, Texas etc. They better get started soon if they want anything done for 2026 World Cup and MLB All Star game.
