T3 was the old Pan Am terminal, and has been demolished. T2 is another older terminal (soon to be demolished) that now handles Delta's flights out West.

30 years too late, but thank God this is finally happening. I especially like the news that all the terminals will now be connected by foot, and that Airtrain will have additional capacity, including options for one-seat ride to Manhattan.

Once these new terminals are built, JFK will be down to five terminals and the oldest will be from 2003.
