I'm glad they're moving on acquiring that land, I just hope they don't use it for something stupid. All the proposals I've seen so far don't do any justice to the fact that we're talking about the biggest piece of untouched riverfront property in the city. Very close to downtown. In an area that's experiencing growth at a rate juuuust below tipping point.
