Here’s a recent shot of the seemingly never ending series of renovations to the Woman’s Club Building. Granted the first were more about maintaining the buildings good appearance and working out any structural issues priming it for tenants is what I’m guessing looking back.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Olympia Eddystone slow roll reno on the WC breaking it down into a few phases in attempt to maximize profits by brining the building fully online at just the right time. It’s been a bit of a mystery to me or maybe there have been failed conversions I’m not privy to?
Is it just me or is this the 3rd renovation (phase?) this building has undergone?
