Honestly I think putting a dome on Soldier Field with taxpayer help in the low 9 figures is probably the best deal we're gonna get.

A new stadium, whether in Chicago or the suburbs, will cost in the billions and no way are the Bears gonna foot that bill. If the Bears commit to Arlington Heights, they will likely enter a deal with ISFA to provide a huge direct subsidy or property tax break.
