That landscaping though...
The entire thing is pretty garish IMO. Hopefully, it's just high-level/conceptual filler for the rendering.
I don't understand the emerging trend of using debris and boulders in place of functional or more elegant materials in these applications.
Not unlike what NEMA did with their corner entrance, it's totally out of context for the area and looks cheap.
