The Higgins Hotel looks great from the West Bank Expressway. Its not tall enough to alter the skyline in anyway, but it definitely affects the overall city scape. Its such a massive, dense building. It makes me think how cool the rest of the Warehouse District would look if it continued to get filled with larger developments like that.
