If you asked me a year ago if the arena, Couture, and streetcar would all pan out, I would have said absolutely not. What a year for Milwaukee. Best part? Still awaiting news on the Westin, NML, JCI, and Mandel. Even though I'm not expecting a signature building from the Westin, all 4 of those could realistically be game changers on their own. Especially if JCI makes noise with a new tallest. US Bank is about to get lost in the skyline after dominating it for decades.
I do wonder if the Couture will have any effect on Mandel's plans though but heck, I really don't care at this point.
