Turnberry Ocean Club Coming Soon to Sunny Isles, Florida

Jeffery Soffer said it's official: Turnberry Ocean Club is Turnberry Associates' latest luxury condominium to pop up in the Florida real estate market. The exclusive residential condominium tower located at 18501 Collins Avenue Sunny Isles, Florida will be priced from $3 million to $22 million and sales are expected to launch in fall of this year, said Soffer, CEO and Chairman of Turnberry Associates.
