OK yes the existing zoning permit is conditional on the art bonus but a couple of things about that:

1. I'm not seeing anything where Midwood says they'll be withdrawing funds for the Art Bonus, and why would they?

2. The appeal I posted is not against the most current conditional zoning permit which mentions the art bonus but rather against an earlier zoning permit which was amended to reconfigure the parking layout, see below:
